Гостевой дом «Ниако» расположен в г.Батуми,в 5-ти километрах от центра города в Зелёном мысу, в 300 метрах от побережья Черного моря. Дом - в три этажа. Хозяева живут на третьем этаже, для гостей - весь второй этаж.
Идеальное сочетания отдыха на природе и доступности городских развлечений.К услугам гостей четыре номера. Все комнаты- с балконом, находятся на втором этаже дома.Из окон открывается вид на сад и Черное море. Для гостей - отдельная кухня на этом же этаже, большой общий холл и два санузла.
Во дворе - парковка и беседка.
До моря - 300 метров, где расположены два пляжа, Батумский ботанический сад. В нескольких шагах от дома - кафе с отличной кухней (Шашлык, жареная живая форель, вино и невысокие цены). Кафе - для своих, так как с трассы его не видно.
До Батуми можно добраться на маршрутке, такси (10 лари) или на своей машине.
