Advantages:

У квартиры просто идеальное расположение - все интересное и красивое Старого Батуми в 5-10 минутах ходьбы пешком. На первом этаже бюджетный магазин, рядом много кафе. Ну конечно, дом старый, поэтому вход в подъезд соответствующий, но это абсолютно не имеет значения. Из окон красивый вид на улицы города и горы. Из-за центрального местоположения за окнами шумно, после длинных прогулок у моря нам это не мешало крепко спать. Вай фай работал отлично, отопление в зимнее время очень важно, что работало
