Advantages:

Хорошее расположение, близко к пляжу, не шумно

Disadvantages:

Грязно! Везде пыль, крошки на полу, запах сырого подвала в квартире, очень неприятный!!! От дивана запах мочи, холодильник весь заляпанный, из постельного взяли плед и тот был в пятнах, как будто не стирали после предыдущих гостей.... Короче очень неопрятная квартира!
