Advantages:

В таком городе как Батуми хорошо то что дом находит море. Вышел из дома и сразу море. Набережная большая рядом. А так в квартире мебель старенькая звукоизоляция плохая. Ночью все слышно что происходит на улице.

Disadvantages:

Улучшить можно звукоизоляцию, мебель можно подзаменить.
